Appearance

As one might expect from a succubus, Alida's beauty is a universal concept. Every single nuance of her appearance is geared so that no man, woman, or anything in-between can find her resistible in her advances. She maintains a moderate height with a pleasant plumpness around her frame. A red-head with a full chest, tapered waist, and child-bearing hips, it's quite obvious to see why seduction comes so naturally for her.

Powers

Alida's powers are granted to her through a mixture of her natural affinity for magic and her demonic origins. As a succubus, magic comes readily to the woman, and her nature further hones her skills. In battle, her most dangerous skill is draining the vitality from her opponents. Though it leaves them physically unharmed, she can suck massive chunks of their stamina away with but a touch, quickly tiring them to the point of exhaustion as she absorbs and gains from their strength. She also has the ability to seduce others, charming them so completely with her lusty gaze and wandering hands that they find themselves incapable of even attempting to harm her until back within their right mind.

Things like the ability to fly and withstand power-wielder caliber damage are also natural gifts, though because Alida's demon blood is thin she must spend time using her magic to call upon her heritage to enhance her mortal body beyond its limits. Other notable skills include her ability to network her mind into the minds of thousands of her servants, power-wielder and mortal alike. On the field of battle, she can typically view the entire fight from every direction at once through the eyes of her minions. Though Alida has been known to be a defeatable threat, it also seems that she is impossible to actually capture, as she has eluded both mortal and power-wielder authorities on every occasion that they have tried to apprehend her.

The nature of her magic is emotional, and she has some skill with augury as well. By channeling her emotional energy into those around her, she can work her servants into a furious passion, enhancing their abilities.

Biography

Though demonic in part, Alida is still mostly human. She is the result of an unnatural union between her mother, who was pregnant at the time, and an incubus that had entered her dreams. The two spent an impassioned night together beneath her conscience, and while she woke feeling drained and weak, she was ever unassuming of what had truly transpired; the corruption of her unborn daughter.

Alida was born six months later without any complications, and appeared to be a healthy baby. Throughout her childhood, she always seemed a bit mature for her age, both physically and mentally. She was a quick learner and a confident extrovert, fast to make friends, and even faster to pioneer romance with either gender. Her quirky nature made her quite popular, both for good and bad reasons.

It was near the middle of her high school career that she first began to experience the influence of her demonic blood. After a time, she began to lose interest in the things that normally brought her pleasure, particularly her favorite foods. She became filled with a hunger that was insatiable, no matter how much she ate. Despite several trips to the doctor's office, nothing seemed to improve her condition, and after several weeks her malnourishment, even despite her balanced diet, was evident.

It wasn't until she stayed the night with a close friend that her blood drove her to understand her needs for the first time; Alida could not sustain herself on bread alone, but rather needed the very life essence of others to survive. That sleepover marked the first time the demon entered the dreams of another and fed on his soul, leaving the man drained and weak, but alive.

Driven to a panic, she confided in her mother, who eventually broke down and explained exactly what she was and how she came to be. Though shocked at first, Alida did not reject her nature. Rather, she embraced it. She abandoned her plans to attain a degree and instead began to study magic, finding that she did indeed have a natural flair for it. After several years, Alida has gained full control of the powers granted to her by her thin demonic blood.

Presently, she is known as a powered villain. There is a trend to her attacks; she typically is escorted by no fewer than ten demons, who are bound to her service, and all of her attacks target opportunities for financial gain. Banks have been robbed, cargo ships have been stripped of their cargo, even car dealerships have been ransacked. Another of Alida's more serious crimes is kidnapping; on several occasions she has kidnapped would-be heroes, though curiously enough she has asserted to them that it is their 'punishment' for interfering with her plans. Insofar, only one of her victims has escaped, and does not speak of what transpired during her time spent in Alida's domain.
