Description
By practice in wielding their powers, warriors may enhance their ability to charge energy.
Logistics
Each iteration of this passive technique adds the user’s base Natural Charge Rate to their actual Natural Charge Rate (10% for Ki, 20% for Psi/Magic). This does not add an increased Natural Charge Rate, whether upgraded by this technique or another, to it. A Ki user with two levels of this technique would have a 30% Charge Rate, for example.
A character's charge rate may not exceed his or her template's initial natural charge (max 30% for Ki, max 20% for Psi, max 60% for magic). PhysPL characters observe this rule, utilizing the power type their template is based on to determine what its natural charge and charge rate will be like for this rule. This may not be circumvented via techniques.
For psionic characters, each iteration of this technique applies to a single slot.
Each iteration of this passive technique costs 90 (68/113) tech days.
