Description
Sometimes a character will be particularly trained against certain enemies. This represents said training.
Logistics
When fighting an enemy of the Preferred Enemy class, the user multiplies the damage by 1.25x. A second level can increase this to 1.5x. This damage comes out of stamina as normal, and is limited by Charge Capacity. This can be purchased repeatedly for multiple enemy types.
At the broadest, this must specify either a Race, Overlay, Power Type, or Organization, though it may be more specific.
This upgrade costs 30 (23/38) tech days per iteration.
