This technique advances the efficiency with which a Psion can defend themselves with passive defense.

Level 0: PD pool of 300% translates into 100% per slot. 0 tech days expended. [Psion Gimme Level.]
Level 1: PD pool of 399% translates into 133% per slot. 90 (68/113) tech days expended. Psionic power required as a pre-requisite.
Level 2: PD pool of 498% translates into 166% per slot. 90 (68/113) tech days expended. Level 1 required as a pre-requisite.
Level 3: PD pool of 600% translates into 200% per slot. 90 (68/113) tech days expended. Level 2 required as a pre-requisite.
