This technique increases a power wielder's efficiency in reducing their power level(s).

T E C H N I C A L - S P E C I F I C A T I O N S

Normally, to reduce a power level takes a full action of doing nothing else, not even moving. After completing this technique, they may instead also move while reducing their power level, down to a minimum of 1 PL in each of their power levels. This technique must be purchased separately for each power level that the character has in order for them to move while reducing all their PLs.

This technique costs 20 (15/25) days.
