It is only recently that the Saiyans have established an official diplomatic presence in the land of Cardinal. The first Saiyan charged with the position of Ambassador to Cardinal, Cascabel Jadoku, established the official connection between the Saiyan monarchy and the government of Cardinal. Her first task upon arriving on Earth was to see to the construction of an embassy that would be a fitting representation of her people on Earth. This she accomplished, and now the Saiyan Embassy is the primary center for contact and communication between the two planets.

The majority of the materials of which the building was constructed were carried by cargo ship from New Vegeta itself. The embassy is an imposing yet simple edifice of stone blocks and massive ironwood beams, with polished stone floors throughout. Furniture and decor are less sparse than they would be in a government building on New Vegeta, to blend in somewhat with Earthly sensibilities, but what there is, is equally as heavy, solid, and sturdy as the building itself. The whole facility is located on a sizeable plot of land outside Central. It is also located a short distance from Sanctuary, so that the ambassador is readily able to tend to the difficulties of any of Earth's Saiyan populace who reside or train at Chadisekhar's facility.

Facilities/Points of Interest

• Diplomatic Residence - The Ambassador's personal quarters, as well as those of the embassy staff, and a Saiyan-sized kitchen and store of food are located in the west wing.
• Meeting Facilities - The embassy houses several conference rooms, from small enough for one-on-one discussions to large enough for approximately a 100-person audience or press conference, all in the east wing.
• Formal Reception Hall - The north wing is given over entirely to a formal reception hall, which can be configured for any purpose that becomes necessary, be it a visit from the king or hosting an Earth event.
• Educational Facility - Classrooms, high-gravity acclimation and training rooms, and a gym for use of the embassy staff are located in a separate building on the grounds, located to the rear of the embassy proper.
• Greenhouse - Two separate buildings from the embassy itself, each greenhouse spans over three acres. Inside one, food crops ordinarily native to New Vegeta are farmed for Embassy use, and inside the other, the environment of the Saiyan world's jungle valleys is replicated in miniature. Note: The latter presently also serves as a home/enclosure for the current ambassador's personal pet/fighting companion. This is an eighteen-foot New Vegetan jungle rattlesnake with a PhysPL of approximately 25,000 and a powerfully neurotoxic bite. There are signs posted at twenty-foot intervals around the entirety of the building with warnings printed in both Saiya-go and Cardinalian common lingo.
