Description
By practice in wielding their powers, warriors may enhance the total amount of energy that they can channel.
Logistics
Each time this technique is researched, one power type's charge capacity is increased by twice the power type's charge rate. For Psionic characters, each iteration of this technique applies to a single slot.
Each iteration of this passive technique costs 60 (45/75 base days).
