Description

Enhanced Speed allows you to move your body and all its limbs faster than you would be ordinarily able to for your physical power, including dodging and melee attacks.

Logistics

Completing this tech increases your KiPL speed by 10% KiPL. It requires 45 (34/56) tech days to complete, once. This upgrade is repeatable, but you cannot total more than +50% KiPL in Speed using this tech.

At no time can a user's Speed exceed that user's Visual Detection rate.
