Combining Phys/Ki seems kinda redundant to me, honestly. Even if someone's based on a Psi template, PhysPL characters are just that - physical. It seems all they'd gain from allowing the combination with Ki is the ability to toss ki blasts and sense energy. From a rules perspective, it also seems like it would require a case-by-case app process if an existing character wanted to acquire a KiPL, because it'd have to be determined one by one based on the physical template how/if the PL's melee abilities could stack, where the rules for stacking existing PL's (mainly Ki/Psi) are pretty clear. It's an interesting idea, but it seems like you're opening yourselves up to a lot of work for something that's largely redundant anyway. PhysPL Combinations
