| + | Hrm, I thought I was clear in that the cooldown time applies to any and all stun techs in the character's repertoire. Said cooldown time also only applies to stun techs and not the character entirely (since it wouldn't make sense for someone to be stunned by the same stun tech he used lulz) --[[User:Marcus|Marcus]] | ||

This tech really needs a better definition of 'cooldown'. Does it apply to them in toto, or merely to their ability to use their stunning technique(s)? Hrm, I thought I was clear in that the cooldown time applies to any and all stun techs in the character's repertoire. Said cooldown time also only applies to stun techs and not the character entirely (since it wouldn't make sense for someone to be stunned by the same stun tech he used lulz) --Marcus
