Techniques

Summon Raddan Armor
This spell summons a single Raddan-class Armor, a magic-powered machine golem somewhat larger than the average person, for the duration of the scene. It has 200% Magic PL, but has stats and functions mostly like a ki wielder. The Armor has a cannon for one arm (through which magical bombs are fired) and another arm that is humanoid, but is usually equipped with a melee weapon (type may vary per summoning). The Armor is considered to have Weapon Proficiency Level 1 in both weapons. Instead of a ki aura explosion, the Armor acts as a remote spell focus for the summoner, and any spell the summoner can cast can also be cast directly through the Armor without needing to touch it or otherwise connect to it over a physical distance. Once an armor is summoned, the spell cannot be used to summon additional armors with subsequent castings, even if the original is destroyed. Instead, the spell can be used to relocate the Armor to any legal location within the caster's eyesight, with a natural charge of stamina and a tech action.
Bolt Spear
This is a powered-grade spear-sword that normally shares its wielder's durability. Should it and its owner be parted, the weapon will accept damage until it receives a single blow greater than 50% of its owner's TotalPL, which would destroy it. The wielder cannot choose to allow the weapon to take damage, while wielding it. If the wielder does not otherwise use any magical power in a post, they can cause any one melee strike to have an additional magical natural charge in strength and 50% MagPL in speed, which disallows any other magic action for that turn. The additional power is considered to be lightning.
Armormage Mantle
The Mantle is a suit of full plate armor that must be worn in and out of battle. It provides 100% TotalPL skintight energy durability. While worn, and while the wearer desires it to work, it passively extracts a natural charge of stamina out of the Magic pool during each post. This is split into two equally valued magical runes, which visually orbit the wearer but are otherwise intangible. The armor can "store" up to four of these runes at a time. If this storage is full or nearly full, the Mantle will only extract as much power as is necessary to fill itself. Each rune can be used as a free action to add its value in either strength or speed to any one of the wearer's physical actions, any one of the wearer's summons' physical actions, or to any projectile spell the wearer casts. In this way, runes can stack on a single action or spell, either heterogenously or homogenously. Alternately, they can be used to reduce any damage intended for the Mantle by its value, if the wearer is aware of it. In no form can runes be partially used; they are either entirely used or not at all.
