Kalar Haseth

Haseth, the Wraith is not a single entity but a conglomerated form of hundreds of lesser ghosts drawn together into a single creature. Very little is known about this creature as few of the Kalar have braved the unstable reaches of Pandemoneum to enter it's lonely crypt. What has been percieved is that it not only has the ability to drain the life from the living creatures but the energy from undead entities as well. Another known fact of his power is that when he pulled all the energy out of a creature leaving them dead, their body dissolves into nothing and their spirit remaining becomes a ghost or wraith as well. Page in the works. information available soon.

Location

Pandemoeuum covers the smallest area of physical land in Drovinia. However, you can tell when you have entered the home of Kalar Heseth when you feel as if you had entered another dimension. On a map itself, the boarders of Pandemoneum only cover the whole of the western penninsula. However, actually entering the highly unstable lands provides a different view. The land itself seems to go forever.

The truth behind this is the fact that Kalar Heseth and his greater Wraith has drained so much life from the land that even the ground, air, and sky of Pandemoneum border on the edge of nonexistance. It is not uncommon for large landmasses to be found in the air floating randomly, or see clouds that should be miles into the air, set into the ground. Though the landscape physically only takes up about a tenth of Drovinia on the map it's vast landscape makes it seem much larger than it is. Also making it one of the best defensible.

The crypt of Haseth is actually located upon a high cliff overlooking the ocean at the most north western edge of the penninsula. The Solitary Mausoleum stands like a grim lighthouse over the rocky reef as a warning to all that approach that death is all they shall find. It is rumoured that the Draining effect of the land has even partially drawn itself partly into the sea, infesting it's waters with a variety of planar anomalies. The one constant about the country however is that the coastal line of Pandemoneum along the entire reach of the country is a stretch of deadly coral and rocky reef. Even if someone could manage through some brilliance to navigate the treacherous waters, the cliff wall that lines the whole coast is nearly unclimbable.

Populace

The true population is unknown in this trying land. It is said that no living being could survive here because there is nothing that is alive. Even down to the lowest plant. anything that might have blown in from another province and takes root is drained of it's life force before it can even start to grow by the eternally hungry Wraith Lord.

There have been rumors of ebony skinned emaciated humans or humanoids living in the dried lands however, feeding off of the undeads energies instead of normal food as others do. They have been nicknamed Dreamers. The ones who have heard of them speak of the men who travel in groups, no more than ten and no less than seven. They are immune to the draining touch of the wraith and can touch and even feast upon the undead plasma. It is said among the undead as a whole that it is one of the few races that they could rightfully fear.

Political

The Wraiths have no political ties with anyone in the living world for they see the living only as food. Heseth himself has little need for material undead as well, however, they do have things that he needs to survive such as his lands seem to constantly produce a rare mineral due to it's instability. Therefore each Kalar has been given one charm to give to one of their most trusted undead to serve as protection from the other ghosts of pandemoneum and it's disorienting landscape and will always lead them to the Mausoleum of Kalar Heseth and back to negotiate tradings and complete business.

Defenses

The province of Pandemoneum may be the smallest of the provinces, but it may very well be best defended. Aside from the landscape, the Province holds possibly the highest concentration of undead in the country. That's physical size, not the size granted by it's instability. There are no special defenses per se however without a special spell, technique, or one of the charms given by Heseth itself, There is little chance that one will ever leave the confusing country.
