Description
Enhanced Eyesight allows you to follow, with your eyes, the path of faster objects than would be normally allowed for your total power. It should be noted that just because you can see it, does not necessarily mean you can move fast enough to do anything about it in time.

This upgrade is repeatable.
You cannot total more than +900% TotalPL in Visual Detection using this tech.
