:Yes, it is possible. However, when I expand the rules fully, it'll be seen that player-owned territories (versus staff-owned territories such as Cardinal) will involve the player in the defense of them, giving them a significant opportunity to defend against invaders -- tying in with, in the case of D'hennexian territories, the boosted/static characters granted to them. Yes, it is possible. However, when I expand the rules fully, it'll be seen that player-owned territories (versus staff-owned territories such as Cardinal) will involve the player in the defense of them, giving them a significant opportunity to defend against invaders -- tying in with, in the case of D'hennexian territories, the boosted/static characters granted to them.
