Hmmm.  Maybe instead of doubled learning, techs get a 'bump' on the bias scale?  So good would be excellent, neutral would be good, ect?  It's kind of a midway thing between doubled learning and just regular learning. --[[User:Ff0ecaf|Ff0ecaf]] 12:50, 11 February 2008 (PST)

Hmmm. Maybe instead of doubled learning, techs get a 'bump' on the bias scale? So good would be excellent, neutral would be good, ect? It's kind of a midway thing between doubled learning and just regular learning. --Ff0ecaf 12:50, 11 February 2008 (PST)
