Appearance

Koshou is a rather diminuitive Saiyan, barely reaching four feet and nine inches. Her body is an average build for a human, which translates to nearly emaciation for a Saiyan. An assortment of small and medium-sized scars pepper her body in every imaginable location, including places publicly inappropriate for show. Her tail persists, though it has become ratty and nearly bald in spots because of repeated attempts by foes to use it as a weakness, or to have it removed unwillingly for fear of the Oozaru threat. However, despite her overall slummy and downtrodden look, Koshou cares little for how others view her, and makes no attempts to hide her disinterest.

Fighting Style

Koshou once fought with fist and nail, tooth and claw, with an ample dosage of her own special brand of quasi-burning ki to push difficult fights in her favor. However, she has lost much of her former gusto and rage that fueled her conflagrations, and so she must rely on the royal fighting methods that her former idol, Vegeta, once did. As an unexpected consequence of her cooled-down mental state, she fights with more control and precision than she once did; she has become an intelligent fighter.

Techniques

Daikasairyu
This technique is similar to a standard ki stream attack that strikes for 60% KiPL and travels at 75% KiPL speed. However, the charging mechanism works in reverse. First, Koshou activates the technique, investing the initial 60% ki stamina, but it manifests itself as a subtle, smoking aura around her and does not immediately fire. The technique is considered ready to use at any point as a free action for any number of rounds afterward, so long as she does not fall unconscious. While the aura is active, any time she misses an attack she gains one "stack" and each time damage is caused to her from an opponent, she gains two "stacks". Each stack adds 5% KiPL power and 12.5% speed, and causes her aura to grow slightly. A maximum of 8 stacks can be built up in this way, and she may gain no more than 3 stacks in a single post. During any post that she does not gain at least one stack, she loses a stack. The initial investment is not considered to be stacks. When the technique is fired, the additional stamina for the power from the stacks is consumed. There must be a three post cooldown between the time that she releases Daikasairyu and the time she can begin charging for it again.
Firewall
This is a passive technique that allows its user to summon a momentary ki charge into a body part on demand, by spending 10% KiPL stamina. This has two primary functions: the first is permitting a single attack in a post to be a charged attack (gaining 10% KiPL strength and triggering Enflame) without actually charging it, and reducing the damage from a single attack taken regardless of where by 10% KiPL, susceptible to nullifier.
Pursuit
Passive. If an opponent begins their post with this tech's owner in melee distance (as defined by Melee Proficiency), and tries to target her with a ranged projectile or beam (firing point blank does not exclude it), and Koshou can see at or better than the projectile or beam's speed, Koshou's body speed is doubled on her upcoming post (eyesight limiting) for any actions regarding that opponent or his effects.

Biography

Koshou's life began two realities ago, when Earth had only one continent and when Saiyans were a respected species in the galaxy. Her beginnings were tragic; she was born to a rape victim on New Vegeta who was killed some years later in a gangbanging. She was a runt, by some unfortunate genetic anomaly, and because of it, she suffered throughout her young life. She dabbled in petty crime, involved herself with gangs, and because of her physical shortcomings, was eventually exploited by the very people she thought she could rely upon. After growing up distrustful and spiteful, she joined her people's army, where she was abused and exploited in new and different ways. To defend herself, she began to idolize the famous prince of all Saiyans, Vegeta -- learning how to fight as he once did. After a few years without any kind of promotion, she finally got a superior officer who couldn't stand her and decided to make an example of her to show that the Saiyan people do not tolerate weakness. She was shipped off indefinitely to Earth, which was supposed to be a "soft" planet where peaceful people lived and there was nothing to fight over -- living Hell, for a Saiyan warrior.

This, of course, turned out not quite to be the case. She fought in many of Earth's historic battles, and both conquered and was conquered by a variety of powerful fighters. She lost her ability to reproduce during a Tenkaichi Budoukai match gone wrong, and was later made whole again by the legendary healer, Aethaen D'Argente. She gained a female half-saiyan follower who loved her unconditionally. She came to blows with the possessed corpse of the very man whom she had idolized. She was made head of her homeworld's royal guard, for a brief time. She watched reality collapse upon itself twice, and fought amongst the stars, on space stations and spaceships. Because of her lengthy tenure on Earth and all the traumatic incidents that played themselves out before her, she no longer cared how strong she was compared to the fighters around her. When she fought, she fought for the challenge, or because someone had pissed her off. She fought to fuel her rage, because it was all she had to cling to.

That is, until the world redefined itself a second time. When the Null destroyed reality the first time, Koshou simply took it as yet another mind-bogglingly overwhelming event to be filed with the rest. Her rage still needed to be fed, and so she fed it and grew to power again. This time, though, it's all changed. This new reality has stolen away her painful memories, absconded with her wrath. It is a hole in her mind, surrounded by a surreal reality that she does not recognize. The mortal populace constricts any thought of a powered fight on Earth, making her former second home a stifling, suffocating place. And now her mother is alive? And ... she has a father now, too? She doesn't recognize either of them. It is like someone has pulled away a mask, only to reveal another mask, and the weathered Saiyaness finds herself wondering what is truly real around her. Will this reality be destroyed too? Is it even worth caring about? Koshou now shuts out the swarm of nonsense and tries to make sense of herself, the bulk of her power and its source gouged from her like a diseased spot carved from a fruit, leaving a misshapen scar in its place.

Who is Koshou? What does she care about? What fuels her?

This all remains to be seen.
