Description
By way of an enormous amount of concentration and conscious micromanaging of their own brain's impulses, a psion can unleash two specific techniques in a single post instead of just one.
Logistics
Tech permits user to use two psionic techniques in one post. When learnt, the technique must specify two techniques that will be used together. The technique may be learnt multiple times, each time tying two separate techniques together. Only one Cerebrothreaded technique-pair may be used per round, however, regardless of benefits such as the Extra Actions CT. The psion must also have sufficient slots to accomodate both techniques. Stamina cost for each technique is the same as it would be if they were used individually.
