This article is to chronicle rules changes, such as the addition or editing of the common techniques page. Given its nature, this page will only be edited by staff members, and as such will remain locked to the general public. Its discussion page is another matter, and chatters should feel encouraged to write their thoughts in said page whenever applicable.
All chatters are encouraged to recall that the room is governed by the Volatility Clause, which helps in the elimination of unfair elements to the room. This includes rules changes, which we encourage our community to embrace.

General Rules
Training RP
- Characters now gain their base gain rate whenever they write a training RP for the purposes of increasing their power level, instead of 1.5% of their TotalPL. This still does not change nor combine with Training geared toward the acquisition of tech days for techniques. (07/14/13)
